Mcdonald's - Montréal

The place is dirty. The restroom door was locked, leaving no place to wash hands. Nothing works and overall disappointing and somewhat disgusting experience.

The restaurant is always dirty, there are many homeless people inside occupying the tables, shouting, fighting among themselves, the employees make mistakes with the orders, they skip the orders.

Had the most displeasureable visit at this location, the food I never got because the service I received from Rutwick the “chef de quart” didn’t understand how the employee meal discount worked. I always get the same thing at every other location in Canada, and he tells me that my order discount is only good for meals and not sandwich, drink and dessert. And the atmosphere made me feel like I was in prison

Had to wait 30 minutes for a poutine, turns out they had skipped my order and « forgot » about it when I asked about it. Then I got given the wrong order, and the person serving me just snatched the order and told me to wait again because they hadn’t even started making my real order (which was just 1 small poutine btw). I will never go back again, the workers kept talking at each other and laughing and making themselves drinks instead of serving orders correctly. I went there at 8pm, there wasn’t a rush but this was the slowest service I’ve ever had in my life and the floor was disgusting…

Went in for a late night snack around rush hour time, this location's McDonald's service is absolutely amazing. Forget about boujie fine dining experiences. When your meal is worth less than 5 dollars and service is not only fast, accommodating and friendly it definitely puts a smile on your face. My dietary restrictions have always been a little annoying. So thankyou Mickey D's, I'm mclovin it!! ??? (food was fresh and hot)
