Mcdonald's - MONTPELIER

The Montpelier McDonalds usually has rather friendly staff and they move the orders through at a pretty good pace. It has been recently remodeled and there isn't too much to complain about. The dining room seems to be open most all of the time unless they are very short-staffed and don't have enough people for the front register.

My friends and i came through the driveway on a saturday night looking for some grub and ordered three cheeseburgers with no mustard as allergic and they responded to me when asked if there was no mustard “theres nothing we can do about it”. now i will burst into hives and my throat will swell if i eat mustard and even after calling to see when my order was going to be in it has been 30 minutes sitting here waiting for my food and i still have not received said food. as someone who also works in the fast food industry i realize that it can be stressful but you need to be able to adapt to your customers and fix the order after the told you multiple times that mustard is not an option.

Went for just a soda and the drive thru guy tried to upsell me four different things, a meal with my soda, a smoothie instead of the soda, chicken nuggets with the soda, and then simply an additional soda.Perhaps if you were open your regularly scheduled hours, you wouldn't need to upsell the hell out of a single soda.

If I could give this place no stars I would, how do you mess people's orders up Everytime they come in, it's really not that hard to read a screen, the manager wow they are really something. How about getting a adult to manage your store and not a younger person who is honestly not nice.. this store really needs to change something's up because it makes me want to drive 15 minutes away instead of 2 to go to a different McDonald's. Absolutely atrocious service and food quality.... They can't even get a simple burger order correct.... Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
