Mcalister's Deli - Monroe

We came in and ordered for the two of us. Two sandwiches and sides with a drink and one sugar cookie $31.00 . Not too bad. The problem was the sprite taste and smelled like mold. When our food was delivered to the table I asked the server to check the sprite and see if It taste bad to him. He said he thought the same thing this morning but he thought it was the water. We ate our whole meal and nothing else was done . When I got through I went to the counter and said something again about the sprite with the whole glass full. He asked her to try it. She said it had a flat taste. So they changed the box out. Still had a bad flavor and smell. She offered something different. I explained to her that I don't drink anything different. She was like I'm sorry and threw the cup in the trash and said I will let my GM know . My husband had to go up there then and demand the money back. Bad business.

McAlister's is one of my favorites. This visit was great. I had the Reuben and it was wonderful. The service was great as well. See y'all next time.

The customer service was excellent. McKenzie is the young lady who took my order and she was very sociable and welcoming. Also, when I was waiting to place my order, the mgr acknowledged me and asked me if I'd been helped. Thanks y'

I visit here often. I definitely like the fact I can place an order and pick up at the window. Great food!

Manage, Ben, was extremely nice. He really cared about customers enjoying their service and the meal. Excellent customer service.Dietary restrictions: It is nice to know they care enough to ask if there is a substitute that would be better if it was necessary. Very nice.
