Hwy 2 Fusion Diner - Monroe

This place rocks and is now open until 9pm Mon-Sat, Sunday until 4p. This is not reflected on YELP. Just had dinner here for the first time. We've been coming here for breakfast/brunch/lunch since moving to Monroe a few years ago and it's always nothing less than excellent. All the breakfast items, Mexican food, everything I've eaten has been delicious. Love the Carnitas Torta and Chilaquiles as well. Service is always friendly and as prompt as business allows. I say this only because this place can get busy and the kitchen can only go so fast, but no matter how busy, the food is always on point. HWY2 Diner is a must go when in Monroe when you're looking excellent honest food. Way better than any chain you will ever go to.

I met a friend here for lunch and was surprised! The outside of the building makes you wonder what you're walking into, but the inside is a real restaurant! We ordered the Patty melt sandwiches and fries for lunch and it was great. I talked to a gentleman who goes there frequently for breakfast. He said it can't be beat. He was eyeballing our lunch and thought about checking out the lunch menu himself one of these days. Service: Dine in
