Kings Family - Monaca

I arrived for dinner at 5:45 and the restaurant was not busy at all on a Tuesday night. I waited patiently for about 15-20 minutes without seeing a waitress. When one finally appeared, she cleared tables behind us but never asked us for our drink orders. I have had good experiences here in the past, but tonight I was very disappointed. The cooks and other waitresses were just sitting at a booth chatting instead of helping customers.

This restaurant is fantastic! The food and service both deserve a perfect score of 5, however the atmosphere is a bit lacking with a rating of 3.

I am a member of a morning networking group that meets at this restaurant every week, and Jen has always provided excellent care for our group. The food is average, but the service exceeds expectations. We value Kings, but we value Jen even more. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
