Playa Del Sol - MOLFETTA

We would come back here again and again as this is the best restaurant not only in Molfetta but in the whole province of Bari ! Quality is superlative and prices are so unbelievably low ! Congratulations to Gianni !!

At the entrance to Molfetta, so best to drive if you are staying in town. (Let the attendant know you are going to Playa del Sol and not to the nearby Adriatico, to be parked in the right place! Restaurant is practically ON the sea, views are great and food, even better. Carpaccio (3 types of fish to die for, half-lobster pasta sublime, mixed fish grill (fish+giant prawns+squid, to share excellent. Spoiled for service as well, as the English-speaking lady took very good care of us throughout the evening, offering great advice and even keeping casual conversation. Sorry I couldn't have any wine that evening, would have been the icing on a special treat of a cake! Not even that expensive, either (ca. €70 for two, no wine , and you could see lots of locals come. Highly recommended!
