Little Caesars Pizza - Mission

Terrible service! Never again! Ordered online waited the pizza tracker used, came at 6:10 tracker showed that it has not yet been placed in the oven. I asked about the order. They said it would not be ready until 6:25 (very rude lady tattoos- no name tag. I came back at 6:22, she pulled it out when the warmer and said?here? and went away. I took pizza home for dinner after I saw a piece biting it was chewing. I took it back and told them it was undercooked, a lady under the name Flor approached me and said that the way it comes out of the oven (she was unapologetic in fact, she said that I cook another for you and if you like it well. Very rude customer service in fact no customer service at all. I asked for my money back and it was refunded. Need customer service training, especially Flor and the lady with the tattoos.

Worst customer service ever, workers are rude have no manners and managers are simply not taking care! I'd rather go to the street for 10 minutes than order here. I don't know why this facility still works. I have no idea how companies did not deal with all these reviews.

It takes 40 minutes to get a hot-N-ready. 11-9-22. After 6:00. The manager never came to the topic.

Take a few minutes to another place. Or wait a few months until they teach these kids how to make a pizza right. The lack of cheese, looking at the empty spots, workers said it is because the cheese they put already put on a certain amount. That's one of them, the other pizza was the worst, empty bread over it. disappointed, took my 5 stars and turned it to 1.

Every time I visit this location, they don?t have any pizzas ready, usually there is a wait of 10 mins or more. Its not like i am asking for any custom order, why even call it hot n ready? Should be call hot n 20 minutes. Last time i try.
