Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Host took a long time to seat us. He was having difficulty picking up the menus. Asked for a table that was close due to my disabilties and they seemed put out about it. Waitress was nice and had a good voice. Unfortunately the food was horrible. First off, the food took so long that 2 tables who sat down and ordered after us got their food before we did. Basically same meals, burgers, too. My husband's chicken was really dry and fries had tons of salt. I tried a special brisket over potatoes (actually potato chips). They were overly salted. There was barely any brisket or cheese but tons of bacon. I ended up scrapping the toppings off and just ate those. But very disappointing. By the time I got home was very ill. Nausea and vomited the rest of the afternoon. We did make mention to these complaints to our server but she did nothing about it. Called and talked to manager later who was going to look into it. We usually don't have a bad time here.

Service was awful! We had to ask to have our table bussed. We had to ask 3 times for anything we needed. One of the burgers was incorrectly made and it took 25 minutes to get it remade, my daughter ended up taking hers home because we were all done eating by the time it came out to the table. The burgers themselves are smaller yet cost more and last but not least the chicken tenders were burnt. This used to be one of our favorite places to eat....so disappointed

We go to Mishawaka Red Robin and if lucky enough, get Christopher as our server. I didn't expect to eat as much as pandemic was a while since I had really good food. Got my burger, but tried something new her sweet potatoes fries in an island head sauce for extra spice it was delicious!!

This place is on things. The seat was only 2 minutes. Our waiter was quick and friendly. Our food was on time. Christopher, our server, has refilled us with drinks and frits. I love this place.

Even that was my second time I enjoy the food and service. Love the options available n currently with new pineapples on the head cake shake. Is simply amazing and one of the best shakes I had and will definitely recommend. Will definitely come back in the future to try more what red Robin serves
