I have to say that the food here is always consistent and always consistently good. We ordered take out the other night and our order was handled by Madeline, who made sure that the order was accurate from start to finish and did it with a sincere smile. It must be a great place to work for employees to care so much. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered a jalapeño burger to go. The total came to 1660 I gave them a $26.75. The guy at front said keep the change right ? First off don't insinuate that I'm gonna give you a $10.15 tip for a to go order. I then told him no I want to change back and I don't play those games. So essentially, I was hustled by an 18 year old kid trying to give me get a more money for a tip. Way it gets worse, he goes and gets my order to go gives it to me and says have a nice night never received any of my money back again. I told him don't play me like this. The waitress comes back hands me the receipt and gives me $9.75. Somethings wrong with this horror whole ordeal because I looked at the receipt and what was put on the receipt was that I gave him $20 so I don't know if this is a scam or something they do all the time. Just beware I'll never go there again.

Excellent all around, food was delicious, good prices, service was on top of it. Will definitely be back

This restaurant is fantastic. We don 't live anywhere near it, but we passed it one day during our travels to see friends and thought it looked nice, so when we were trying to think of a new place to eat a few days ago, we felt we should take to trip to Char Bar 7. We were so happy to have found this restaurant. It 's a friendly, spacious pub-style restaurant with booths, tables and high-tops. Our waitress was extremely friendly and attentive. And the food was excellent; my burger was delicious and my husband commented it 's been a long time since I 've been served french fries this good. We will go back for sure!!! And we will try the one in Charlotte, which is closer to home, to see if it is just as nice.
