McDonald's - Minneapolis

Hallo, I've just seen the rude encounter I've ever had with a mcdonald. I had placed a previous order on 09/19/2022 via the mobile app. I did not get the correct order during this visit, so I called and the manager told me that I came through the drive thru and they would complicate my next order. I just walked through the drive thru to fulfill this coveted order, but the staff cried very rudely to me. Apparently my name was not put on a board so they were not willing to help me. there were three women, a manager who refused to give me their names, since I told them I would submit a complaint and this was after I observed one of the male hired who called a customer during my visit on 09/19/22. this must be visited.

Lest you guys have $2.39 for a little hath brown. you ripped off the consumer with these trips. I can go over the road to speedway and buy two hash browns for $1.29 they can say this is a franchise location! Franchise locations are always price-gouging people! get their act together and do them the right thing for their customers!

Faster service and very convenient. very clean and tidy too. there was no müll, the tables and the floors were very clean. the self-ordering kiosks are however friggin' awesome! they do not have to go through the unpleasant part of the look at the menu while they tap the counter, and they wait until they tell them what they want. I wish they had them at each mcdonald’s, they just order their food and wait for their number to be called, and bam, next thing they know they have eaten her, and they go out the door, or sit on a table already eating. I wish every mcdonald experience was so, but as we all know, it will vary from restaurant to restaurant.

I went to grubhub and drove with the drive thru to pick up my order. I said I would also like to give up my own separate order. I was told no. our policy is to not allow suppliers to place their own orders. I asked since when, because all the other mcdonalds I was also allowed me to do this. I pay for my own food. I was told that is our policy. that's absolutely ridiculous what I've ever heard. so our customers can eat, but drivers can't? that doesn't make sense. the lady was also very rude.

This was the best McDonald's experience of my life. The ice cream machine was working, I got my food so fast, the guy at the window was so nice and the food was delicious.
