Famous Dave 's Quick 'que - Minneapolis

I stopped here the other day for lunch as I wanted to see what the quick que meant as they moved into a new building. This was really cool because it was like fast food and they had food ready! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The food tasted great and they were more than happy to give me extra sauce packets! I would highly recommend stopping here to eat when you are in the area!

Been to many famous daves around the metro and wanted to give this place a shot since i was in the area. I can tell you this stay away from the ribtips, ive never had ribtips from any famous daves this dried out, it looks like they left it out and reheated it just for that 1 lucky customer. Had to throw it all out along with my hard earned money. You guys just opened up gotta do better coonrapids famous daves!

Ordered online from the new Famous Dave's Quick Q place for dinner tonight. Got the 3 meat and two sides for $20, so my husband and I could share. Sent the hubs to pick it up right after I ordered (we live 5-10 min away). He returned with the order within 15 min of leaving home. Disappointed to hear, in the midst of a pandemic, not one worker was wearing a mask. That in itself is enough to warrant not going back. Besides that, the side portions were very small, everything was cold and had to be warmed. It makes me sad, but I will not be purchasing from this location again.

Excellent remodel with a new faster concept! Staff works you through your options and you get the opportunity to watch it get prepared right in front of you. Highly recommend! We will be back! It would be nice to see more locations like this pop up!

If I could choose negative stars, I would. celebrity daves is the worst grill I've ever had. it is extremely expensive and not worth the cost. in that I would say they should give away this food. the brisket turned out that all fat cuts with only one of the pieces that meet. very little smoke and almost no taste. the smoked turkey was not moisturized and had almost no smoke taste. the ribs were the worst ribs I've ever tried. they were over cooked, under smoked and had tasted in a round zero. they were so tough that it was hard to chew them enough to swallow the bite. the sides were also terrible. dry mashed potatoes, mac and cheese with very little cheese and brussel sprouts, cooked over and soggy. all in all, I would judge famous daves as the worst bbq restaurant I've ever eaten.
