Mcdonald's - Minden

Had been very friendly and courteous by manager, as ordered even came to check us and make sure everything was good.

Went thru the drive thru, the shakes and eating were fantastic thanks.

Service was good but ice cream machine was down again

Purchased my daughter and Sausage McMuffin on she was eating looked at it and it was full of black mold. McDonald’s did not do anything about it because they stayed the McMuffin Bread came from another manufacture. They had someone call to make certain she was ok, that’s it. Like really McDonald’s. No apology letter no compensate. That’s so unconstitutional and wrong on every level

Second time in three weeks they gave me Dr. Pepper which I hate instead of the Diet Coke I ordered. It is consistent that if you order more than four items something will be wrong at the Minden location.
