Bidrage med feedbackThe restaurant, as the name suggests, has a retro "Showa-era drive-in" vibe, with the old-fashioned style of buying meal tickets at the counter. The display of food samples on the menu is something you don't see often nowadays, but it is still alive and well here. The dishes served in this cozy atmosphere were delicious! Surprisingly so! The staff inside were like a Japanese version of Phil Collins - friendly, polite, and effortlessly smooth in their movements. It was really great.
The restaurant is spacious with high ceilings and has a charming folk tea house-style. The dishes are reasonably priced and generously portioned, with a focus on Japanese cuisine. There is also a souvenir corner. The only downside is that the variety of dishes is a bit limited.
I visited this restaurant for lunch on a weekday with a guest. The seating was ample and the space was vast, so we were able to enjoy our meal without worrying about our surroundings. The menu was extensive, with a variety of options to choose from, making it convenient for business meetings as everyone can find something to suit their tastes. It's worth noting that you need to order and purchase a meal ticket before taking your seat.
