Pizza Hut - Milwaukee

I ordered two pizzas and the tracker estimated a delivery time of about 45 minutes. Unfortunately, they never arrived at all. Now I have to request a refund. At least a late order would have been better than one that never showed up.

Pizza Hut was fantastic! I enjoyed a stuffed crust pizza along with BBQ wings. It was the perfect way to unwind after work on a Saturday night. I had a wonderful time, and I think you would too!

When ordering for pickup, the service at the window can be quite slow, as the food isn't always ready. However, their delivery team is exceptional. I've been ordering delivery for several years, and it's always arrived on time or even earlier. The food is consistently hot and prepared exactly as I requested.

I was disappointed to find NO fresh green pepper on the pizza. The mushrooms were scarce—there were hardly any to be seen! Instead, there were an overwhelming amount of onions. This is my third order without fresh green pepper, so I have to wonder if the recipe has changed. Overall, it was a terrible pizza! Please take more care with your ingredients.

If I could give 100 stars right now, I absolutely would, and here’s why. Dasher Vonn provided exceptional service during our pizza delivery last night. When his car broke down halfway to our house, he actually WALKED our pizza to our door, facing a 20-minute trek in 6-degree temperatures! He even apologized profusely for the inconvenience caused by his car troubles. Our pizza was just as fantastic as we’ve always enjoyed from Pizza Hut, but it tasted even better thanks to Vonn’s selfless, top-notch service. Thank you, Pizza Hut, and a huge THANK YOU to Vonn!
