CHANGE YALL GREASE!04/14/24 Update: Just sat it the line for 10 mins with NO RESPONSE ON DRIVE THRU! It is 10:30 P.M. and Google says yall don’t close til 1:00 A.M. but yet I get no response ??? And there’s 3 car’s outside!??? I get that people have to take a break at some point but if you can’t accommodate 1 customers with 3 employees just CLOSEEEE the establishment!!! And yes I said 1 customer, no one was there 1 person pulled off before me!!
As someone who has worked in fast food and works in a restaurant, I can understand the stress, especially during a rush. But there was zero excuse for this. Food tasted bad, I paid for extra sour cream on my burrito and there was zero. Just a small cup on the side and when I went to the counter to say something about it, one of the workers said what do you need now? Go help that girl upfront It was so uncomfortable and rude. I was polite the whole time, there was zero excuse for it. Not counting the numerous eye rolling and ignoring customers.
The new Cantina Chicken Quesadilla Overpriced and NASTY. For the price I can eat Real Mexican food at a restaurant. NEVER AGAIN.
Would leave 0 stars if I could.Completely incompetent workers. Employees ignore customers and don't give you all items in order and don't read and make orders properly. I placed a mobile order and I'm currently having to have the entire $35 order remade because so much was wrong and half was missing. It's been over 10 minutes since I brought my wrong items in and they still have not even begun the remake on my order. There are 4 employees working yet nothing is getting done. Another customer left after being ignored for 25 minutes. Terrible experience. 0/10EDIT: I got my remake and am still missing 1/3 of my items and the items I recieved were STILL made incorrectly. At this point I give up and am going home to salvage what I can. Also a 2nd customer walked out after being ignored. I spent approximately 30 minutes at taco bell for a mobile order I placed in advance just to still never recieve all of my items. They should just close this location honestly.
This is by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. If I could leave -10 stars I would. Out of all 3 times I’ve came here, congrats, they managed to get every order wrong EVERY TIME. Rude attitudes, no common sense to get simple orders correct on their own menu, and seem to have messed up the Baja blast by making them horribly sweet and taste like a watered down frozen one. It absolutely sucks. Not even worth calling to fix my order. Just save your time and go eat somewhere else. Shut this place down Millington. Waste of money.
