Burgers are good and something unique. Kind of expensive compared to other options. Combos run over $14. Get Fritten well done to avoid being a little soggy. Garlic bread is good. Get it extra crispy. Homey friendly waiting staff. They accused us of an additional order of Pommes we didn't get. Watch the bill.

Had the peach shake and grilled ham and cheese. Food was decent, service was great. We got there just as it was about to close and they didn't make us feel unwelcome. Refreshing change.

I love Hired Big H! The service is always fast and accommodating. The world's best Root Beer Floats come from here. Highly recommend

We hadn't visited this restaurant in years, but we decided to take our four children there tonight. The food was even better than we remembered! The burgers were fantastic, and the kids' hot dogs were one of the best options we saw for children. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was the side of fries. It seemed like the fries had been stretched as thin as possible; we ordered three baskets, but it felt like there was only one or one and a half worth of fries. Honestly, it looked like they were intentionally spreading them out just to make it appear like there was more.

The food was absolutely delicious; you can really tell they put effort into their cooking! The cold cup for the root beer was a nice touch as well. Everything in the picture came to just $30.
