Arby's - Midvale

Man!, quality along with customer service has really gone out the window. Long gone are the days of good affordable fast food with a smile. Instead bad attitudes and questionable food quality. Curly fries aren't even curly anymore. The meat seems overlysalty. 1 star because I can't put 0!

One of the worst beef n? cheddar sandwiches I?ve ever had. The meat was cut so thick and was so rubbery you couldn?t chew through it, had to throw it away : . The only good thing was the mozzarella sticks. The fries also went in the trash. For theprice you pay here, the quality should be better. Very disappointed.

First, this is Arby 's which is fast food. Fast food will sometimes get a few things wrong with an oder and it is not a 4 star restaurant when it comes to food, so set your expectations as such. That being said, I work close so I have been coming herefor a few years now and I do not remember them ever getting my order wrong (1 time I ordered the wrong thing but that was onme). The staff has always been friendly and I like their signs about be nice to the staff because at least they slowed up kindof vibes.

The guy working the window was a great example of how more people need to be. He was a person who can lift your spirit due to the fact he had multiple reasons to be having a bad night . But instead of complaining he did his best to get me my food fastin good preparation and made eye contact while making the best out of a tuff situation. (His name starts with a W. On the nightshift. Great kid and made the experience well worth the stop.

Friendly employee up front and I was able to get my food fast. My food tasted as expected and I see myself returning in the future when I am in the area
