Fuji Sushi - Midlothian

Some of the best food of this style we have had. Mind you we have been across the country! You will not be disappointed.Spicy honey chicken, orange chicken, crab ragoons, shrimp tempura, spring rolls were all above expectations!Food: 5/5

Received my food and started eating. Thank GOD I had on glasses. Someone’s nasty hair was in my food. How disgusting! Will never order from here again. BTW, they serve rotten avocados inside their rolls.Food: 1/5

As good as any sushi I had in Portland, OR or Seattle. Tuna belly and fatty salmon nigiri or sashimi are favorites, and if you like maki the Richmond, Midlothian, and OMG rolls are excellent.

My fiancé and I went for lunch and both ordered the bento boxes. Excellent flavor and portions with miso soup and ginger salads included.The service was incredibly quick and super friendly. We went on a Sunday around noon and we were immediately sat.100% recommend eating here!

The sushi was excellent! Love that they have 50% off daily roll specials. I also recommend the Fuji Dumplings and Orange Chicken. The waitresses/sushi chef were all friendly and accommodating!Food: 5/5
