Chick-fil-a - Midlothian

I'm very disappointed in my service today. I ordered through the mobile app, and after waiting almost 2 hrs, I still hadn't received my order. I called the restaurant, and I was informed that my order was canceled. No one could give me an explanation of who canceled the order or why. The money however was removed out of my account. I was told that I would receive a reimbursement in 2-3 business days. That's unacceptable because now I'm out of 25 dollars and no food.4/25/24 I wanted to update my review to reflect the quick recovery service that Chick-fil-A showed for my issue. Nakia reached out to me and even though I was unable to answer the phone call, she texted me to apologize for the inconvenience. Not only did she have an adequate explanation as to what happened to my order, she made sure I received my ordered and issued me some rewards. I appreciated her taking the time and effort to make the situation right.

Hey guys..i encountered the grinch today at this chick fil a…she stole my mac and cheese that i ordered and CHARGED me for it. The mac cheese was the main part of my meal and i didn’t even receive it ? like it’s giving grinch why r u stealing my mac and cheese go steal christmas or something..thanks for ruining my meal!!!

Absolutely my favorite Chick-fil-A! Before we could even find a seat, the employee was carrying our food we had just ordered to us. Very fast, friendly and efficient!

This place is absolutely trash. No clue why anyone eats here.
