Four Star Pizza - Midleton

Ordered online. Told 40 minutes for delivery. Arrived stone cold after an hour and a half. I rang them and they said they would send it out again but it would be another 40 minutes. Arrived after 1 hour 35 minutes, fully cold again. I will not be using them in future.

It has taken me 16 calls to try get through to this place and i still have not got through terrible service and last time when i rang the workers were cursing and shouting over the phone when i told him two minutes i’ll find my postcode he went on to say “shouldn’t you know this sh*t off fuc*ing heart”after i already had given my adress

Waited 2.5 hours to get pizzas delivered from this place as that's what my kid wanted after his communion. Had to ring 2 times to get the order....stay clear plenty of other places to get good pizzas in Midleton.

This place should be avoided at all cost. Called in yesterday evening with a friend while waiting for a taxi.....we were told it would be 30 minutes even though there was only one other person in the shop. We left and called back 30 minutes later.....we asked where our pizza was...... He didn 't know was the answer from what I think was the manage. He didn 't know what we ordered. He then shouted at us that we could get our money back. He then started to give out to a member of staff in front of us.......it was a disgrace. I can only imagine what service you would get looking for a pizza to be delivered dealing with that shop.

One of the worst experiences i have ever had with a restaurant, the woman working in there is extremely rude and unprofessinal, my little sister rang to order cookies and icecream and having gotten them delivered before she didnt think it would be a problem, the woman tolkd her the place was called four star pizza not four star cookies and icecream , extremely nasty and not one bit funny. Although the pizzas are generally nice, they are not nice enough to have to be dealing with that level of rudeness.
