Very cute b&b! Only complaints were our king bed was two twins pushed together (and the gap was noticeable) and the shower was very small, even for one average sized adult. Very friendly service, excellent location, and excellent breakfast! Rooms: 3 Service: 5 Location: 5

We stayed on two different occasions, both times in main house which, along with carriage house, are well removed from Rte 7 traffic. The rooms are very well kept and comfortable. Room 20 has a private deck and entry. Breakfast is all you can eat and delicious. Staff very helpful. They let us leave vehicle here while we did bike tour inn-to-inn. Lovely grounds, plenty of parking, walk to downtown. Have a dinner at Jessica's Restaurant if it's open! Reservations a must. I think this is likely the best lodging in Middlebury. Rooms: Good size and comfortable pillows. Note that rooms in the gate house are on Rte 7 and have traffic noise. Main house and carriage house are quiet Nearby activities: Middlebury College, museums, etc Walkability: Easy walk to college and town center.
