Opera House Miami

The management is terrible. They just lying to you every time. And don’t even trying to help you! Stay away from this building, if you want to save your nerves.

This security (company) are clowns. Sonia the colombian woman that oversee this account is scary. You get there and her face is soo naughty that you don't even feel the need to be there. No customer service, no kindness from their employees. And this woman is arrogant. No wonder why they only have like one building. Wish I have the opportunity to speak to the property management from Opera Tower. This security company employees are not professional when dealing with people. I noticed that when I was in the building. No smile, no nothing. Marksman or Allied all the way!!!

My stay at the Opera Tower was brief but captivating, leaving me contemplating the possibility of investing in a condo here. The experience made a lasting impression, and I found myself irresistibly drawn to the idea of owning a property in this extraordinary establishment. The combination of its breathtaking aesthetics, outstanding amenities, and convenient location presents an alluring opportunity for future investment. With the new management at the helm, the Opera Tower showcases itself as a true embodiment of beauty. Every moment of my stay was delightful, and I was enthralled by the presence of a charming park just across the tower, offering mesmerizing views of the bay. The recent renovations to the pool and gym added an extra layer of enjoyment, while the expansive BBQ area adjacent to the pool provided a picturesque spot overlooking the deck. Moreover, the building's first floor accommodates various small businesses, including a welcoming beauty salon and a convenient store, where the staff's warmth and attentiveness create a pleasant atmosphere. My affection extends not only to the remarkable building itself but also to the surrounding area, as I find myself absolutely enamored with both. ?

I really like this building. The apartments have an amazing view to the park and the sea, location was also perfect, close enough to the airport and wynwood. Also they have good security and parking spots.

This is the worst management possible. Rude, unprofessional, unreliable, unethical,just bad, bad service. They are never available to pick you phone call, rarely respond to your email and they charge you for every little thing possible and don’t pay your deposit back. Very high HOA fees for the services and amenities provided. (Which you can’t enjoy and are offen closed for one reason or another )Same for security staff, rude unprofessional and untrained. The building looks older than it is, and is not the cleanest. Besides good location and amazing views from 01,02 this has nothing to offer. Too bad, it has potential but the management ruins everything, they need to be changed !!!!
