Mcdonald's - Miami

We ordered apple pies that came stone cold. My partner approached the counter and the staff member wearing airpods and sunglasses indoors completely ignored him for 5 minutes. My partner had to announce himself multiple times before a staff member finally acknowledged him and microwaved our pies. All staff extremely disinterested and some of the worst customer experience we've had so far

DONT GO AT NIGHT AROUND CLOSING. THE CREW WAS DISRESPECTFUL. THE Restaurant wasn't cleaned. Food took forever. I did go back for breakfast and had a totally different experience. Restaurant was clean. Employees were friendly. Food came out in a timely manner.

This McDonalds was a wonderful place to have a good time! Even though I ordered via the kiosk, the staff was very friendly and helpful. When I had only a few dollars to spend on lunch today, ordering through the kiosk allowed me to save. I was able see the most affordable to most expensive options, and I walked away with enough food to last me for four hours at $3.25. They were very kind.

Gave my breakfast order to the wrong person, and then we had to wait a long time for them to remake everything, whole process from ordering to actually getting food was over 30 mins. Staff were not apologetic and seemed very confused and unorganized.

Came here after a game and a young employee was literary cursing out a group of patrons waiting for their food and trying to use the bathroom that supposedly was closed. The employee kept cursing up a storm then turned her attention to me when I started recording to document the situation.
