Amalia - Miami Beach

Amalia is perfect in every way! It is a beautifully appointed restaurant down to the monogrammed linen napkins. The outdoor terrace is a relaxed and elegant setting. The wait staff is caring and knowledgeable but not pretentious! The noise level is very low, with low volume background music which makes conversations easy to have! And then you taste the food. Every dish is fresh, seasoned beautifully and prepared perfectly. A truly 5 star menu! Great apps included Brussel sprouts prepared to perfection with avocado, pomegranate seeds, almonds and delicious dressing; organic beets were divine and incredibly light. Entrees we loved were mushroom ravioli, lamb chops, steak, branzino, ets. Desserts are visually beautiful and delicious. We give Amalia our highest praise and will return often.

Fabulous staff so enjoyable food was really good setting very relaxing

One of the best diner experiences I have had in Miami. Can not believe it was not more difficult to get a table. Service across the board was outstanding, and the food was delicious. I will definitely return next time I am in south beach

Experience was wonderful as staff and food were fabulous. Homemade slow cooked tomato sauce is top notch. Brussel sprout appetizer was delicious and creative. Does not seem well known yet, since it is on the newer side, but I can tell care and love is put into the cooking.

I never leave reviews but I found Amalia through OpenTable reviews so I’ll pay it forward: a great spot for dinner, super romantic with a beautiful aesthetic. We went for a Saturday night dinner date and it was so good! Definitely recommend the porcini ravioli and the gnocchi.
