Restaurante Casa do Rio - MEZIO

It started off very bad when i called to book a table and he keep on asking if i had call before as he had a booking for the same number of people. Once we got to the place there was no one at the door which don't look good has to wait for about 5 min till someone comes to great us and show us are table. The places was empty at 9pm but are table was by the front door and by the wc. Once food was ordered i asked for a coke which came in a glass it was flat and a place of it class showed never do this the food was no good had to send one of are plates back 3 times because it keeped on coming wrong one of my people had to dinner that night as they keeped on my the food wrong, at the end we asked for a sweet wine which was a Porto 10 years old which agin never show the bottle to see it was a 10 year old porto porto is a rubby red in colour the older it is the better it is, will this one was very blurry, when i asked if this right he said no that because it the end of the bottle which is not right for a place of it class i can say i have had better food at mac d's

The restaurant is modern with a view to a very interesting old bridge and beautiful natural scenery! The food is fantastic and price is good. We had a great family lunch, it was a pleasant surprise!
