Stefano's Mexico

We used to love stefanos for all the family traditions but the service is slipping. It was slow, and somewhat confusing when we visited.(please wait to be seated sign but after 5 minutes of standing there another customer said you have to order at the counter now). It was a busy day and only 2 kids were on. With the phones going off it took another 5-10 to take our order. It wasn't their fault, just not an efficient plan on the owners part during busy time (weekend at lunchtime)

I don't know who manages this restaurant, but it's got food all over the floor in the kitchen, customer service is non-existent- my pizza was $25, then he said it was $28, then he tried to add pepperoni- obviously not paying attention. When I arrived to pick it up, it was not even in the box (it looked like it was thrown in there. The bottom of the pizza was black from being burnt. Of, course you don't know that when you pick it up it is not suitable for eating. Very young people running store, DIRTY store- shame on them

The food here is edible mediocrity at best.fine if you're starving to death and can't make it elsewhere. The young man taking orders was a complete idiot who was not even familiar with the menu. The chicken riggies were served in so much water it was like a soup while manicotti was under cooked. To top it off an employee started sweeping up the floor while customers were eating. Disgusting. On a positive note the pizza looked good served at another table.

Great crew that takes care of you. Great personalities. Loved the knots! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
