Torino - Metuchen

I’ve been told by many friends to try this place, finally had the opportunity to do so it is definitely one of the Jewels of downtown Metuchen The service is great. Nothing about this place is less than 5 star.

Truly authentic tasting Italian food!! Everything is tasty, just perfectly seasoned and flavored and felt very fresh!! Although vegetarian options are limited, each one was so goodWe especially love the variety of sauces (creamy mushroom and pesto win) and the appetizers so much!! The dessert was also rich and tasty. Definitely will be going back here the basil olive oil with bread alone is worth it!!

Went here after our granddaughter graduated from Rutgers. There were 10 of us. They were so accommodating the food was delicious. I liked that the menu was not just the same italian food. I had the Crab Capillini there was plenty of crab in it. My husband got the Lobster Bisque there were nice big pieces of lobster in it. It was not as thick as usual but very tasty. There were no complaints about anyone's meal. The servers were very pleasant accommodating. We are not from this area, but if we are up there again, this would be where I would choose to eat.

Mitch (Daniel) was ABSOLUTELY amazing and was knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients!!! The service was top notch and the food was delish!!!!! All the pasta an sauces are made in house. We will definitely be back!!!
