Starbucks - Metro Durham/Chapel Hill

Got my drink first but had to wait 15mins plus for my daughter’s cake pop. There were 3-4 customers after us got their drinks before us…while we were still waiting for our cake pop and that should only take about a minute or two to unwrapped from the package. It is clearly they can see us waiting for it but are still being ignored until I Said something. How about excuse me m’am are you still waiting for something else?

I mean it's Starbucks. The barrista that took my order was nice and friendly. One of the drinks I ordered was supposed to be hot but was made iced. The barrista apologized and remade it for me.

I normally never have stomach issue when I drink their hot chocolate but today I did … Probably their expired milk …

Usually so good, implemented new mobile pick up area and the girl who worked it was so rude
