Bojangles - Metro Durham/Chapel Hill

Get a training manager back over here. The customer service is absolutely horrid, and they constantly forget my food. I love Bojangles, but I refuse to be treated like poorly because they're having a bad day.There is probably $50 worth of food they've shorted me recently. I order for my company and my family too and things are constantly missing...it's kind of pathetic...Seriously, almosy every time I come here they forget my food. Today I was treated especially poorly.

IMO, this is the best fast food place for fried chicken. Since, I am not the bone gnawing type, I usually get the Chicken Supreme (boneless chicken tenders) with a biscuit nice and flaky. You get Cajun seasoned fries with the dinner. Tasty! And the iced tea I mix a splash of sweet tea with unsweet is the best around strong!

Get a training manager back over here. The quality dropped fast. The oil tastes old and my order is constantly wrong.This location isn't trustworthy.

Stood in line way too long. It seems like the people in the drive thru get waited on way before the people that come inside. It 's always been that way. Too many people for the line that is so long to be so slow. Finally customers started saying, HURRY UP! AND THEY STARTED MOVING A LITTLE BIT! It is such a big problem for a fairly new place. Then we were overcharged but the line was too long. We got into the car and my husband called the store. He will be down there first thing in the am. Good thing we checked the receipt. Makes you wonder how many times this has happened before. And to other customers.

The service was awesome! audrey was amazing. she was funny, sweet attentive. she made our experience great, even if we were getting take out. she needs a raise immediately!!the food was obviously delicious audrey made it even better!
