Chili's Grill Mesquite

They always serve well. Service varies. It seems this restaurant has a staff problem. Like they can't keep employees. Pricing is a little crazy after some articles. I have a Santa Fe grilled chicken salad and a tea for just over $18. It was really good. But that's crazy about a few leaves. And it wasn't much more than iceberg.

Very bad service. Tested with a 20-30-minute waiting time and was not called to know that the table was ready until I called to know that it was ready. As soon as we sat, they got our order wrong, we tried to get our server Hailey's attention, but they would turn away or deny more our service, we had to go out our way to reach it. Overall bad experience never again. The food wasn't so great either. My rice was burned and my steak was very dry. I waited for my lime for about 20 minutes when I got the lime.

One of my favorites was very disappointing. Eating not up to normal always excellent in the pastAtmosphere was ice cold, waiters and waiters in jackets or light cover. Host said it must be me while tables on both sides spoke of us it was freezing. The food was cold before you could enjoy it. Hopefully, the new management will respect the previous excellent administration, food and services.

Great food!! I waddled out of there! LolDrinks were not good tho. I'm a retired bartender n there is no way that drink had one much less the two in the description of liquors. Tasted like it was pure sweet n sour with pineapple juice. Plus, it was very very light yellow. It was so sour we had to ask for more juice to drink it, but the waitress was sweet, slightly dingy and someplace else but sweet. My friend n I only get one appetizer sampler and chips for us both n we brought home leftovers. It was delicious!!

Really?? Sunday at 4pm. Have to wait for 35 min with empty seats, I get it maybe short on people but don't look like when you have 3 people just talking on the front desk.
