Whataburger - Mesa

French fries were cold and hard, the burger was good.

Absolutely disgusting, idk what is wrong with the location but the bread was dry and felt like cardboard and the fries were cold and hard as a rock. I want a refund this is ridiculous.

I had a Terrible experience here. The cashier could not even remember me paying 50.00. The Manager harassed to call the cops on me and my date. The manager was saying I did not pay with a 50, I had to cancel my order completely. I did not even ask for amanager. No apologies or anything. Do not recommend this place. The manager and cashier do not belong to this classic fastfood place. As they are not an asset. Never had I done a review like this.

Absolutely outstanding experience here. Service was immediately welcoming and friendly. The guy at the register was amazing, like he was a server at a high end restaurant. Food, just as great. Spicy chicken sandwich was one of the best I?ve ever had. Didn?t know I could add pickled jalapeños to it, and he still went and had them added after I already placed my order.

Ordered online at 7:50, scheduled the 8 8:15 time slot. Got to the restaurant at 8, finally got the food at 8:35. They had 25 minutes... took 35+ for 2 sandwiches and 2 fries!! The food was warm ish and the fries were just cold. I've had Whataburger in Texas many times, always good to excellent. Maybe they need to come train the folks here. Lastly, I got to watch the staff for 30+ minutes while I waited and it was pitiful. Saw 1 guy and 1 lady actually working, the rest... not so much. (that's putting it kindly) Just another poorly run McDonalds with a different logo.
