Wendy's - Mesa

This place is terrible. the staff is rude and slow, I thought it might be me. the next visit we tried the journey through. to my shame it was even worse, extremely long waiting times. this place should close the doors. please stop bleeding and close this position!

Been there past couple days and the staff is amazing all new faces there the manager Jennifer is amazing and polite I rate her 10/10 and the gentleman with the colorfully dreads was a big help ??

There were only 3 employees during the dinner rush, so I'm not directing this at them because they got stiffed. We went in and ordered, and the food was awful. I was missing a patty on the burger, the buns were soggy like it had been sitting in there since lunch and the frosty was disgusting. For how expensive they are, it's not worth it. Unless that meal gets refunded, or they actually properly staff their store I'm done with Wendy's, it was dumb to go anyway when an In n out is nearby.

We have been go this location numerous times. Was VERY disappointed in going there today. Soda machine was down, only available frosty was vanilla they were out of chocolate and strawberry. There also is the rick and morty special burger, chicken sandwhich and drinks until tomorrow, we weren't able to try the drinks. Also my husband wanted the chicken sandwhich and got burger instead, also my brother in law wanted combo and he was rung up a burger and frosty.....also waited about 15 to even get our order, there was only us and 2 other people waiting on orders so not sure why it took so long. ?

Always been a fan of Wendy's ?Burgers are good but I'm a huge fan of the crispy Chicken ? sandwich ?, and the new Always hot and Fresh French fries ?.If you leave without a shake (Strawberry my Fav) shame on you. Lol... ???Parking: Ample parking including handicap for Wendy's customers. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, again handicap parking and wheelchair access to the entrance.
