Subway - Mesa

Last night I came around 19:40 clock to end at 20 clock) the girl took my money and gave me the wrong order. When I came home, it was 8 o'clock. I know they're closed, but I called and the young girl answered and laughing that they're just talking about me. I didn't have dinner last night, today when I talked to the management, which really didn't exist. the manager gave me my money back after he called the owner. he said there's no company number or anyone else to talk to. no replacement offered, no accountability. franchisees must have a standard of service. a teenager laughing at the fact that they have no dinner because they could not be ordered with 2 is quite sad. just an honest review to hopefully save someone else from going there and getting the lowest customer service that any subway ever had. just be nice. it's going far.

Hands down best sandwich I have had from subway in a while. It was well put together plenty of veggies (veggie delite) we ordered online all out sandwiches were excellent we will be back

There was a roach crawling around in the subway and the employee did not know until I notified them

I ordered on the app, I won't ever again. I did not get what I ordered. Then I called the store to advise them, was not given an apology at all. But got treated as if it was my fault. I don't recommend this location.
