Kfc - Mesa

Doors were locked at 8 when we were told our in store pickup order was ready, the store doesn 't close till 10. We the went through drive through, they said the order was being made and that the lady there saw it being made. We were asked to wait for the food but about 5 minutes later a worker came out saying. We don t have the food to make your order. He would not even let us ask questions and told us they would give us a refund, no refund was given and the worker was rude.

I only have a 30min lunch break. My order took 11 min, I waited while other customers where served. My order was wrong,so I waited again. I almost got my refund, but I passed a 1st kfc to get this one.#11 Nashville hot wasn't like the picture,the fries taste like chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy was good as well as the biscuit. Just one of those days!

KFC parked 8 cars with drive through orders and are not informing customers about the long wait times. Took 20 min to get drive through order. Recommend telling customers about long wait times instead of parking tons of cars after you take our money. Put short staffing which is code for we won't raise wages.

Great customer service, greeted with a smile. Fast friendly service. Very clean establishment. Ordered the Big Box Combo, coleslaw mashed potatoes biscuit. Everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection!! Would come back to this location again and again

It took forever to get through the drive-thru, we ordered two Classic Bowls and when we got home, the bowls were filled with Mac-N-Cheese with a few chicken nuggets sprinkled on top. Totally ruined our meal but we were hungry so we dealt with it. Seems to me, when you order biscuits, which we did, the customary question from the individual taking the order should be: Would you like butter and honey?...Nope! All-In-All, just a horrible experience!
