Starbucks - Merrillville

Why they ask for tips?? They get pay for hrs,and if I'm not give tip, they mess up with my coffee and give attitude.

This is the worst Starbucks in the area. Go to another one if possible. The line could be one car long and it will still take a minimum of 15 minutes to get a drink. The employees clearly have no system or weren’t trained properly because they are all clueless. I am someone who gets Starbucks daily and I try to be as understanding as possible, but this location has ruined too many things for me to continue to be quiet. I just want management to see this and know that they are doing a bad job. It took the lady at the window ten minutes before she could scan someone’s phone for payment today and this was with a line of 10+ cars in the drive thru. That is just ridiculous. There is no sense of urgency and you can tell that everyone is frustrated and it just isn’t a nice experience anymore.

I bought strawberry juice and I want more strawberries, here I get more money but there are no strawberry pieces

I want to go to Starbucks on morning’s just to get out of the house for a while to feel the taste of a coffee. It was a nice the vibe for me almost everyday.? Mostly i like the cappuccino and Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino as well as Mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino from here.Overall I enjoyed this location.I enjoyed my frappuccino’s as well as food and i used to visit here very frequently and I’ve seen almost all the employees face’s. The service they provide was good and and instant??A lot of people were coming in and out with their kids and also a lot of people. Really people are loving Starbucks coffee jus like me?

This is my favorite Starbucks in NWI. Everyone is so friendly and Ben makes my day every morning with his bubbly personality. Great staff, excellent drinks, and excellent service!
