Had to pull around and wait order got out of place somehow so wait was extended..ordered catfish player but it wasnt catfish..it was Swai ..very disappointed..for the price catfish shouldn't be substituted...when we come to meridian from Montgomery my wife makes it the first stop because she loves the catfish. The friendliness of their customer service has improved immensely over time from what it once was. The fried catfish there is really good, my wife and I both commented to each other that the sides just aren’t that good, not terrible, just not that good. They need a different potato for fries and I suspect the baked beans are canned. I eat coleslaw most places, but don’t care for theirs. Would be nice if they did a home cooked version of both the fries and baked beans.

Great whole catfish and filets. Seasoned well, very good tasting and fried the perfect amount of time. French fries are crispy on the outside, but tender on the inside. Coleslaw was a mix of fresh veges and pickles. It was all very flavorful. This place used to be good but then it turned into the same quality as the food from the Dollar General frozen section. It was absolutely horrible the last time I ordered from here. Worse than 2 day old McDonald’s.
