New China Cafe - Merced

First time and last time we eat here, over priced and 1 hour wait for online order. I ordered the cashew shrimp and was greeted with 6 shrimp and probably 2 whole zucchini’s chopped up. I was very disappointed. I Will stick with Thai Cuisine 2 from now on.

The food was delicious and fresh. Best noodles I have had in years! The restaurant itself is older but don’t be fooled by the looks. Fresh made noodles and huge portions for your money. The staff is also very kind.

Like the chowmein here! The portion is huge and good for my whole day?

Small entree portions with a lot of rice and chow mein. Very greasy with an oil that 's tastes off . Wouldn 't recommend

One order, chow mein noodles were rubbery and tasted old couldn't eat egg foo young watery falling apart would not stay in a patty again the rice was old ordered side order of wonton soup tasteless ,wonton mushy pulled ham out Old Ham hard and gray in color this was last night's order. Yes and the chicken in the garlic chicken was old also, stringy. This has been the worst meal I have ever received from this place and it will be the last. I pay for fresh food,I expect fresh food. It dose not say day old chine Cafe or what I didn't sell last week cafe on the door and you might want to taste the food or get a different cook and try using fresh cooked food, that stuff had been sitting in the ice box for some time. By the way the picture's are of the old ham I pulled out of the soup. The last picture is a peice of ham, fresh. See the difference in color.
