The Cheesecake Factory - Memphis

It's a cheesecake factory. If you have never been, you must go bc it is an amazing place. Her cheesecake is divine. That said the Mac and Cheese appetizer is also incredible and you should get it. If you like Mac and cheese at all, please give it. It was amazingly good. Probably my favorite dinner. Too bad, it's not a duck! Our server was too good!

I went to this cheesecake factory on Saturday 06/11/2022. This was my first time visiting and the first thing I noticed was how beautiful the place is. I really felt like I was having lunch in a castle. When I saw that they have French Dip Cheeseburger on the menu I know right there I must try them and they did not disappoint. The The French Dip Bread, the patty, cheese, and grilled onion all just went well together. The reason this review is getting four stars is because of the fries. The fries just tasted bland and really needed some seasoning to it. Of course you can't come to the cheesecake factory without trying their cheesecakes. I tried the Celebration Cheesecake and their a reason it's called that. It wasn't my birthday, but when I took a bite out of the Celebration Cheesecake it felt like I was having a birthday party.

We stopped for something lite and delicious. Ordered the Loaded Potato soup and Mac/Cheese balls. The soup was creamy goodness, but the M/C balls weren't done in the middle; we sent those back. The cheesecakes were divine! There is a Skinnylicious menu for those who are watching their caloric intake.

We had never been to a Cheesecake factory. We were pleased and somewhat disappointed. The service at this location leaves something to be desired. We waited almost 5 minutes to be acknowledged and seated. It took almost 10 minutes for someone to take our drink order. The service was slow throughout the meal. The food on the other hand, was simply great. The menu here is surprisingly expansive. We were headed out of town so we only ordered two appetizers and a piece of original cheesecake for me. The stuffed mushrooms were very good, but nothing out of the ordinary. The loaded tater tots were a different story. These delectable little morsels are amazing! These are not the frozen tater tots you get from the store topped with ingredients. These are lightly fried, just golden brown potato crusted cheesy, creamy bits of epicurean delight! The outer potato layer is thin and crispy while the interior is soft molten cheesy bliss with tiny bacon bits. One of the best appetizers we have ever had! The cheesecake, as expected, was top notch. I am a purist when it comes to cheesecake, and I don't like toppings or mixtures. This is very, very good cheesecake. I could do without the sour cream topping and whipped cream, but that's just me. We will return to try the entrées!

Salmon had absolutely NO seasoning. Shrimp gumbo seasoned well, rice undercooked. Fried mac and cheese was good. Cheesecake was nothing special. Waitress was amazing!
