Sumo Japanese Sushi - Memphis

Decided to check them out for a quick lunch. Ordering was quick, and service was just as quick. We ordered a handful of items from their appetizers and salmon bento box. All food was delicious.Food: 5/5

My favorite sushi place! Great prices and they have the best rolls. I prefer cooked rolls and there are many options. Hibachi options are great as well.

Food is okay … BUT THEY HAVE A VERY BAD ATTITUDE PROBLEM !!! The lady is kinda nice but the man that be at the front sometimes act like he don’t like black people!!!!!

Firstly, I've patronized this restaurant many of times! I had a taste for some sushi and I was close by, so I decided to place an order! Upon eating my sushi, which was supposed to have avocado, I realized they put a whole spoonful of wasabi on my roll!!! My brain was burning, nose was burning, because it was so much!! I've tasted Wasabi before, so I know the affect it has! Had I not known, I would've driven to the hospital because i would've thought I was allergic to something from the way I felt!! I won't ever come back to this establishment, because obviously someone was playing in my food!! The cook was already peeking from behind the curtains when I picked my food up, so that makes me think even more that he was playing in my food!!!! Also my Crab rangoons, were just Rangoons!!! No crab in sight!!!

Really fast takeout and very delicious sushi! Highly recommended.
