Chili's Grill - Memphis

12/18/2022 Placed order online.My husband picked it up in the allotted timeframe (approx. 30 minutes) The loaded fries looked as if they had been reheated because they would not come off the foil and were hard and cold. The sliders were made using a cut up hamburger buns, instead of the roll that the sliders typically come on. The icing for this experience was the long wavy black hair found on my slider. I don't expect anything in return but that's sad that people spend their money for a service and get treated like this. Regular customer no more.

I was there to pick my wings order via it's my wings. Chaos is the only word and lack of customers service. There was a time when restaurant and folks who worked actually cared for food and taste. The wings I got were appealing. I would never eat again even if they were free. Wings were cold, fries soggy, and there was no flavor to wingsHalf were uncooked and did not have any flavor and the ones that did have was so pathetic that what can I say. Few years ago I remember chilli's had wonderful food and great ambiance and now it is a dump where all u can smell is carpet smells and fried food.

Maybe understaffed (extremely), late Saturday afternoon so it wasn't very busy upon arrival yet others whom we were ahead of were seated first. After finally getting a table and waiting half an hour to give our orders we were left alone by the waiter until having to waive him down and ask for refills. The food was awesome however, only ordering pick-up from this location anymore

Waitress was unprofessional. Did not bring silverware with my salad, and took almost ten minutes to bring any after asking her twice. Our entrees arrived before we got our plastic silverware. Broccoli was burnt and inedible. Steak was cooked medium well, nearly well done, when requested medium. The ribs, however, were delicious. Bar patrons were being very loud and disruptive, while security laughed along with them.
