Dunkin' - Melrose Park

Went in today and asked if jasmine) is still currently working at this location but unfortunately one of the employees said she was no longer working there, this other employees are just so bad don’t know how to do my drinks very rude ! unlike jasmine she was very good at her job ! Won’t be going back .

I went there for a capuchino blast a young guy took my order started been kinda rude, i just thougth its normal its probably been a tough day the guy charges me on my card. Goes off to make it didn't wash his hands and then says there's not enough ice cream he can't make it, so I then say ok give me my money back and he says he just cant.. a nice women who saw all that came up to him and also states the same thing he has an attitude slams the utensils and icecream cover and says everyone from there do the same they don't have the need to wash there hands. So then I just ask again for my money and I guess with the people walking out and 2 people complaining he just gave me me money .. he's rude super rude and abnoxious , doesn't have manager or people skills.

First time trying a dunkin' donuts. The food was too hot and bagel was too hard, it was ok. The hot chocolate wasn't too bad.

Went to visit my critically I'll cousin at the hospital across the street and was charged double, given no receipt. $35 for 1 dozen donuts and 1 coffee.
