We come here often for the excellent food, service, beer, wine, and ambiance.

Excellent staff service. Oddly quiet for a Friday night. The dining room is like a hall someone would hire for a function, which was basically empty. It felt like we were the only ones turning up to the party. Entree, meatballs, were great. Mains not great. The pork belly was very dry heavy. Salmon was just ok. I prefer a crispy skin, grilled salmon. This was mushy. With all the amazing options in Melbourne. I wouldn't recommend this.

Denmark House never disappoints. I bought some guests who were all complimentary of the experience, both the dining room space and the quality and uniqueness of the food.

Great service and great food. We had a business meeting that dragged out a bit but staff was happy to let us finish.

One of my favorite spots in the city: quiet, but not deserted; incredibly friendly and attentive staff; the food is always nice. The only thing I was disappointed about it that the dinner menu has been chopped down to a smallish range of options. In the past, both lunch dinner menus had the full smorrebrod list on offer, which is why I dragged lots of friends there on a Fri night. I wish that they were open for dinner on more than one day/week as I’d go there after work prices are very good, the Happy Hour is worth it, too!
