For starters, i had to switch to a different lane because nobody answered the one i was at. second of all, when i did order, i didn’t get to see my order on the screen or pay with my card, then the whole screen restarted. all i got was two sonic blasts with chocolate ice cream, i got the trick or treat blast and there was no candy at all. secondly, i waited 30 minutes before i got the two blasts. when i got the two blasts they were vanilla ice cream, but had coa coa powder at the bottom and tasted disgusting. i have lived in medina my whole life and this was the most worse experience ive ever had. I live in Milan, but I will always go to the Medina location. The food is always fresh, sweet tea is on the point, and overall they have the best settings.
