I order 1 coffee for take away, i takes more than 20 mins, when i get down from car , i found out, they don't pass the order properly, just keep us waiting for 20mins. If i could give negetive or 0 start, i like to give that.
Went thru drive thru they were pretty quick. But the only thing i didn't like is the person that took my card said the total only. Didn't say thank you or here's ur receipt nothing. Then I pull up to 2nd window for food. That person didn't say a word. Like here's ur food or thank u for coming absolutely nothing. Looked like a robot handing me my food. I said thank to both people. With no response. But this is definitely something that happens not only here but lots of other fast food places.
Manager closed dining area early. I was picking up an Uber order and due to her closing the dining area I had to wait in the long drive-through line for over 15 minutes when I got to the window she informed me that the order I was there To pick up had already been picked up by another driver. Since I had been sitting in the drive-through so long I got another order to which I had to wait in additional 5 minutes for them to make. Not very Uber eats doordash friendly however the young lady that was working the drive-through window was very kind and the customer's food was hot because I had to wait for them to make it fresh so they only lose 2 stars.
Let me start out by saying that Travis is a very wonderful employee and that McDonald's should be very honored to have him I had actually been very pleased with the outcome of my situation I was happier than what I would have been if I would have just ordered the food N everything would have went smoothly I had an issue with the McDonald's app and it took my reward points but did not process the order completely to the restaurant my child was hungry and I left my purse at my house and I had no other way to feed her and it really sucked I was so upset I called McDonald's corporate customer service and let them know what happened I received a phone call from this man named Travis and I assumed that it was one of the corporate managers Or supervisors over McDonald's corporation and that department because he was so professional he had Just wonderful customer service skills I've never expected a call from McDonald's employee To be so savvy and to be very energetic and calming and to actually make me laugh which was I thought impossible at that point fixed everything for me and made sure that I was OK and went out of his way completely to do that cause that man didn't have to do any of it they were just supposed to refund the reward points to my account he went above and beyond his job so I don't know who this employee is but People need to pay attention to him whoever the managers Are That Man should be going places within your corporation thank you so very much! My family owned restaurants in the Chicago area I grew up in the restaurant business and I have not seen customer service so great in about 13 years and even then it was at a luxurious Italian restaurant with no prices on the menu!
