Bidrage med feedbackFirst, it is pointless, with a phone number that can be called upon on arrival and they tell you that you have to come. It is not easy to be pregnant for 8 months, to have a toddler and to lead my order to the car. I'm coming in and nobody knows about my order. I ask 4 different employees (including check-in, who does not speak English) and everyone disregards me and goes away and helps someone else. Finally, I speak with a manager who does not deal with the staff and asked what I ordered, not with the details and 10 minutes later brings me an order that is not what I ordered and ran away. Bad service in the area I've ever received.
I always try to give this place a chance because I live right around the corner. Every time without failure, I have to wait 15 minutes just to sit and another hour to get my food. The last two times, including today, I waited for about 20 minutes ahead and never had an employee approaching me. There were about 3 tables and a short big gala that stared at me and rolled her eyes. Skip this IHOP at all costs and just drive to the next. (And no, I'm not talking about night experiences)
I wish negative starts were an option. We walked in, there was trash and bugs everywhere. We got seated, the waitresses kept stepping over the bugs. We left because it was disgusting and why eat somewhere that has slipped through the health departments radar? Didn't even order. Avoid this place! The area is awful too!
I'm going to have to give the full story to explain why this place is getting a one star review, but the long story made short is that I ordered through their websites delivery and was given the wrong meal, which I couldn't eat due to being a vegetarian, and then informed that even though I still had the incorrect meal uneaten with me, I was not allowed to receive a refund or replacement meal, since I was not able to come in person to the store. so I was forced to pay for a meal I couldn't eat. the other longer reason this is a one star review is because I had to call 8 times to get someone to pick up, at which point they put me on hold for 25 minutes then hung up the phone. 9 calls later the next person, a woman named Ashleigh also put be me on hold for a similar amount of time, but in that instance she was actively trying to help. she informed me that since i was unable to come in person and because they were unaware their was a delivery function on their website I would not be able to get my original order, or a refund.
Got there around 8 pm tonight; excellent service and food! Our waitress with the blondish/reddish hair was so kind and went above and beyond! Would definitely come again.
