Burger King - McAllen

When you close at 12, close at 12 not 11:39... very irritating drive to a place late in the night only to be a waste of time.

The food is good, but the service is kind of slow and I think the reason concerns employment issues. Other than that, great place to grub at. Food: 4/5

Service was good. Unfortunately, the cashier did NOT speak English. We also ordered three meals and got only 4 packages of ketchup. The burgers were a disaster. The bacon king was flat and looked old. Overall, the value for our men was not realized.

Horrible customer service, waited in the thru line over 20 minutes. You never answer the phone. That's not the way you run a business. I will contact a regional manager and BBB.

I can honestly say that my experience this morning at Burger King was by far the worst fast food experience I have ever had. I walked up and ordered an Ice Coffee, the person taking my order was the assistant manager, Arturo. This guy was rude, condescending, and absolutely miserable, so I asked to speak with the store manager, Josie or Rosie, she tried to cover her name tag up when she saw me looking at it. Well instead of hearing me out, she approached me even more aggressively and with a worse attitude than her assistant manager. The told me to get out, and I am leaving out some of the details because it's too much to type, but I was so embarrassed and disrespected this morning.
