TGI FRIDAYS - Cleveland

I had the most awful dining experience at this restaurant. Our party of 16 was attended by two waitresses and a new assistant. One waitress took orders on one end of the table while the other end waited for half an hour for a waitress to take their orders. The drinks, food, napkins, and refills all took forever to arrive. The manager needs to find a new profession as she made excuses and walked away when confronted about the poor service. Giving this restaurant 3 stars is being very generous. If the staff is not improved immediately, this restaurant will continue to decline, starting with the manager. Additionally, upon arrival, I informed the hostess that I had a reservation on OpenTable, to which she replied that they did not even check OpenTable reservations.

We left the restaurant after waiting for 20 minutes without anyone coming to offer us water or take our order. When we asked about our server, we were told they would be with us soon. Despite the lack of customers, there were only 3 small tables occupied in our section. The staff seemed to be more focused on chatting amongst themselves than attending to customers.

This restaurant does not accept reservations, is unappetizing, and has inadequate staffing.

Good food, excellent service. But for whatever reason I did not get my points.

That was the worst culinary experience I ever had. we had a party of about 16 with 2 waitresses and a new person who helped. a waitress took orders at her end, as the other end of the table waited half an hour for the waitress to command. the drinks took forever, like the food, serviettes and refills. the manager must find a new field of work. they made excuses and when she said that her speeches were unacceptable and the service we received was unacceptable, she went away. 3 stars are very generous for this restaurant. it goes downhill only if the personal is not immediately reworked. starting with the manager. also at the arrival I said to greet that I had a reservation on open table and she said that they did not even see the reservations made on open table.
