The women working the counter/ drive through was so kind, and the food was good I would go again just to see the nice women

No excuses can be made for the lackluster performance of the staff. Even after getting a brand new store, they can't manage to get one single order completed and out the window without pulling you forward and making you wait 5 minutes. It has nothing to do with being short-staffed in the morning. There's been times where there were no customers in line and I pulled in and waited.

It took 15 minutes to get my order in drive thru. Food was barely warm.

They Always forget atleast one item I ordered, everytime. No one in line, maybe one person in the lobby. Still couldn't get every item from the grill list into the bag.Missing an item that costs $3 to $5 adds up. At this point they're just stealing my money
