Got here at 1:04 pm got food at 1:41 the manager seen the staff had a rush and didn't help at all. She was walking around with a clipboard like she was the master. Meanwhile us customer was waiting like we were not important. Really pop eyes hire more help or at the least the mangers can help out and there was no thank you come again. Worst pop eyes ever

This place is a disaster. Ordered on the app. Had to wait 45 minutes in the drive thru line to be told they didn’t have the items for my order and couldn’t give me a refund!

Don’t ever go there. Ordered some tenders in drive thru, was told to wait on the side lane for my food. After 15 mins of waiting for my food in my car, I went inside to ask for it. They said the tenders weren’t ready yet, they said it was going to take them 20 more minutes. I had already paid and I decided to wait. Biggest mistake! After over 45 mins of waiting, the tenders were still “frozen”, what a joke! They were very rude and never apologized, I asked for a refund and the cashier didn’t even know how to do that! Never coming back to this place.

Done 2 Door Dash order from here. Fast and friendly. With Door Dash, time is money.

Lobby is always closed. Then after sitting in the long drive thru line. They was out of what I wanted to order.
