Long John Silver's - Mauldin

We came in to order and there was no one but the lady at the drive through. We waited ten minutes but she never even acknowledged us. We ended up leaving without ordering.

Food was cold and greasy. The apparent manager was loud and rude to the staff....Loud enough that everything he said was well heard in the dining room. It was uncomfortable as a customer. Comments like this is my kitchen and I 'll run it the way I want and one of you will be doing the dishes,I 'm not doing them. Mini tyrant type stuff that will result in them closing the dining room again because the staff left. Not a regular customer, definitely won 't be going back to this store.

The meal was served very quickly and made fresh. There were no condiments available for self-service.

The dumbest group of employees of any restaurant I've ever been to. They can't read, struggle to comprehend English, and have no serviceable skills relating to their jobs, but still want $15+/hr. The food isn't bad, the employees are just not smart.

Food was not warm, very greasy, and not what I expect from Long John Silvers. The restaurant just needs a little attention and some retraining.Parking: Huge holes in the parking lot.
